Singing from Bach to Lloyd Webber in the town and elsewhere since 1963. 

Ensemble Vocal de Pellouailles-les-Vignes, a French choir from near Angers in the Loire valley, have recently been our guests and joined with us for a concert on 19th May. (click for some photos)
We hope to join them in 2014.

We've had the privilege of premiering "The Nativity",  a cantata by our President, Peter Skellern, who is an established composer. In 2009, Peter gave a workshop in St John's Church, Boxmoor attended by more than a hundred singers.

Highlight of the 2010/11 season was a concert we gave in St.Albans Abbey when we were joined by the Hardynge Choir, Hertfordshire Classical Orchestra and soloists. John Manning's review in the Herts Advertiser was headed "Celebration of excellence". In it he gave plaudits to the soloists, orchestra and choirs, and said our conductor Stephen Jones was one of the stars of the evening.
