Singing from Bach to Lloyd Webber in the town and elsewhere since 1963. 

Ensemble Vocal de Pellouailles-les-Vignes, a French choir from near Angers in the Loire valley, are our guests from 17 to 20 May. See above for the flyer of the joint concert.

We've had the privilege of premiering "The Nativity",  a cantata by our President, Peter Skellern, who is an established composer. In 2009, Peter gave a workshop in St John's Church, Boxmoor attended by more than a hundred singers.

Highlight of the 2010/11 season was a concert we gave in St.Albans Abbey when we were joined by the Hardynge Choir, Hertfordshire Classical Orchestra and soloists. John Manning's review in the Herts Advertiser was headed "Celebration of excellence". In it he gave plaudits to the soloists, orchestra and choirs, and said our conductor Stephen Jones was one of the stars of the evening.
